An employability skills and job-readiness training has been delivered to graduating BSc students in Public Health

An employability skills and job-readiness training has been delivered to graduating BSc students in Public Health from February 20-22, 2024 . The training covered concepts around understanding themselves and gaining awareness of their work values, personality, strengths and weaknesses. The training also included preparation of relevant educational documents, certificates, resume and cover letter.

The job readiness training dealt with skills assessment focused on exploring critical skills (technical skills and soft skills), effective job search techniques and handling employment testing and oral interviews.

We thank our seinor staff Mr. Asenakew Molla, Assistant Professor of Health Economics and trainner about employability skills and job-readiness for providing the 3 days training.
