According to the agreement with the Ministry of Education, Wollo University’s president has signed the 2018 E.C. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with the university management members.
Previously, Wollo University has officially signed its 2018 E.C. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) agreement with the Ministry of Education (MOE). The agreement was signed by Dr. Awol Seid (President, Wollo University), H.E. Mr. Mustofa Jemale (Board Representative), and H.E. Mr. Kora Tushune (State Minister, Ministry of Education).
As part of the KPIs cascading process, Dr. Awol Seid signed the internal KPI agreement with key university higher officials, including the Vice President for Academic Affairs, Vice President for Research and Technology Transfer, Vice President for Administration and Development, Scientific Director of Kombolcha Institute of Technology (KIOT), Chief Executive Director (CED) of the College of Medicine and Health Sciences (CMHS), and the Heads of the President’s Office.
These management members will, in turn, cascade the KPIs to directors, deans, department heads, executive officers, and team leaders under their respective offices.
The signing ceremony was attended by members of the University Senate. In his remarks, Dr. Awol emphasized that the successful implementation of the KPIs requires the collaborative efforts of the entire university community. He urged all leaders to take responsibility in mobilizing both administrative and academic staff to work collectively towards achieving the targets as planned.
